毕恭，字栢泉，号石上，出生于中国天津。

毕恭先生毕业于中国中央美术学院版画系，北京中国画院研究生。曾在世界上六十多个国家和地区成功举办个人画展。作品被包括中国美术馆在内的众多艺术馆和个人收藏。
毕恭先生的作品以山水画为主，兼写花鸟和人物画。
毕恭先生具备扎实的传统绘画功底，笔墨浑厚，灵动秀美。
毕恭先生是中国云南风情山水画派创始人之一；出版了《毕恭画集》等著作。
Mr.Bi Gong, also named Bai Quan, art name as Shi Shang, was born in Tianjin, China.
He is the member of Chinese Artists Association, director of Chinese Artists Association, vice president of Chinese National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, honorary chairman of Chinese Contemporary Art Association, vice president of Chinese National Art Association, and honorary chairman of International Sinology Research Association.
Artist Bi Gong graduated from the Screen Print Art Department of China Central Academy of Fine Arts, and post graduated from Beijing Academy of Chinese Painting. He has held successful solo exhibitions in over 60 countries and regions in the world.
Bi Gong's works have been collected by many museums and individual galleries including the National Art Museum of China.
Mr. Bi Gong's works are mainly landscape paintings, as well as flower and bird paintings and figure paintings.
Mr. Bi Gong has a solid foundation in traditional painting, with bold strokes and vivid and beautiful figures.
Mr. Bi Gong is one of the founders of Chinese Yunnan style landscape painting school. He has published BiGong Paintings art albums.
