【世界华人周刊、岐黄电视美国报道】2025年6月1日北京时间晚20时（美国东部时间上午8时，欧洲时间下午13时、14时，澳大利亚东部时间晚23时），智馈健康国际联盟（Intelligent Feedback Health International Alliance，IFHIA）正式成立，来自中国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、瑞士、卢森堡、西班牙、法国、英国、泰国、巴基斯坦、尼日利亚、埃及、新加坡等国和香港、澳门等行政区的代表参加了线上线下联合大会。
联盟是由全球智反馈健康科技领域领军者联合发起的国际健康管理合作组织，以整合全球跨学科资源为使命，涵盖整合优化医学、运动科学、营养学等多领域协同合作，应对老龄化和慢病高发的未来趋势，致力于构建智反馈调控健康干预体系，提升人类健康福祉与生命质量。
美国络病学会会长杨观虎教授当选联盟主席，中国温州医科大学国际针灸康复研究所蒋松鹤教授作为技术成果转化首席专家当选执行主席，西班牙萨拉戈萨大学JOSÉ MIGUEL TRICAS MORENO教授、法国中医学会Wang De Feng会长、瑞士中医药大学胡卫国教授等当选副主席。中国温州云汉人工智能创始人、新加坡智馈健康研究院胡亮院长当选秘书长。中国中医科学院首席研究员黄龙祥担任名誉主席。
联盟制定未来计划，将通过开放合作平台，整合全球跨学科协同合作，深入研究精准反馈及协同或拮抗反馈的规律，构建智反馈健康干预体系。推广针灸康复整合优化治疗、元宇宙康复技术、智馈健身科学运动、智馈营养等前沿健康管理模式；加速整合医学健康管理领域的标准化研究与临床转化应用；培养具备国际视野的整合优化医学健康管理专业人才。

人体功能智反馈调控规律

人体天然具有双向调节能力，正常状态下达到“阴阳平衡”。当众多因素造成人体功能失调时，穴位刺激综合调控、特定运动刺激调控、机械压力刺激调控、感官刺激生物反馈等均具重新恢复人体自愈力的智反馈调控的潜力。但如何评估特定机体状态下反馈是否启动？如何优选及组合诱发启动关键靶点？如何评估反馈强度？是否达到足量负反馈或有益正反馈？不同反馈方法在不同条件下联合使用起到协同或拮抗作用？等等，值得深入探索和研究。
Human beings inherently possess bidirectional regulatory capabilities, maintaining "Yin-Yang balance" under normal physiological conditions. When multifactorial dysfunction disrupts homeostasis, comprehensive regulation of acupoint stimulation, specific motor stimulation regulation, mechanical pressure stimulation regulation, sensory stimulation biofeedback, etc. all have the potential to restore the body's self-healing ability through intelligent feedback regulation. Critical questions remain: How to assess whether feedback mechanisms is activated under specific physiological states？How to select and combine key targets for inducing activation? How to evaluate the strength of feedback? Whether they achieve sufficient negative feedback or beneficial positive feedback? Do different feedback therapies exhibit synergistic or antagonistic effects when combined under varying clinical conditions? These scientific inquiries warrant systematic investigation for optimizing therapeutic protocols.

临床基础一体化研究
Integrated Clinical and Basic Research
温医大国际针灸康复研究所蒋松鹤、杨观虎、楼新法教授领衔的研究团队历经二十余载，开展临床与基础研究一体化探索，从穴位解剖学研究起步，逐步拓展至电针调控技术、手法干预分析、中药贴敷优化及科学运动康复方案，系统整合形成以智能反馈调控的功能调节规律为核心的创新理论体系。在首席科学家李鸣教授的共同推动下，团队正深入探索智能反馈调控作用机制，致力于构建针灸康复整合优化医学防治一体化的精准医疗方案。
Over two decades, the research team led by Professors Jiang Songhe, Yang Guanhu, and Lou Xinfa from the International Institute for Acupuncture Rehabilitation at WMU has conducted integrated clinical and basic research exploration. Starting with acupuncture point anatomy studies, their work has progressively expanded to include electroacupuncture modulation, manual intervention mechanisms, optimized herbal plaster applications, and scientific exercise rehabilitation protocols, ultimately forming an innovative theoretical system centered on the "Intelligent Feedback" functional regulation principles. Under the joint promotion of Chief Scientist Professor Li Ming, the team is now conducting in-depth investigations into the mechanisms of "Intelligent Feedback" while developing an integrative and optimized medicine framework for medical prevention and treatment applications.

1、产学研一体应用平台 随着温医大附二院、温医大国际针灸康复研究所的成果转让，产学研协作，“智馈健康”平台的诞生和推广应用，人工智能（artificial intelligence, AI）和扩展现实技术（Extended Reality, XR）技术融为一体，结合针灸多元反馈规律、筋膜反馈、高氧训练、元宇宙XR反馈和镜像神经元等机制研究，开创健身、预防和针灸康复融合的线上线下防治一体大众化推广应用新模式。
The the birth, promotion and application of the "Intelligent Feedback Healthy Life" Platform integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and extended reality (XR) technologies, synergizing acupuncture's multidimensional feedback principles, Fascia feedback, high oxygen training, XR feedback, and mirror neuron research. This innovative system pioneers an integrated online-offline prevention-treatment model, merging population health management with acupuncture rehabilitation through AI-driven personalized feedback loops and XR-enabled immersive therapeutic environments.
