The 6th China-EU TCM Conference & 2nd Chinese Medicine Health Culture Festival Successfully Held in Manchester
【世界华人周刊、岐黄电视英国联合报道】2025年6月1日，“第六届中欧中医药学术交流大会”暨“第二届英国中医健康文化节”在英国隆重召开。本次大会由英国兰中医学院、中国-英国中医药中心、杏林普济中医药文化交流中心（北京）主办，英国食养文化研究会协办，吸引了来自中英两国中医界、学术界及政界的众多嘉宾与代表，共同探讨中医药的发展与合作。
The 6th China-EU Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Conference & 2nd Chinese Medicine Health Culture Festival was grandly held in Manchester, UK. Hosted by Shulan College of Chinese Medicine, China-UK Chinese Medicine Centre, and XingLinPuJi International Cultural Exchange Centre (Beijing), and co-organised by British Food Culture Research Association, the conference gathered esteemed guests from the fields of Chinese medicine, academia, and government to promote cooperation in TCM.

大会于英国时间上午9:00正式拉开帷幕，由山东中医药大学海外校友会会长刘北南博士和英国中医师学会学术部部长孙云主持。
The conference officially kicked off at 9:00am UK time and was chaired by Dr Liu Beinan, President of the Overseas Alumni Association of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SUTCM) and Sun Yun, Academic director of the Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (FTCMP).

Following the opening ceremony, the conference transitioned into the Academic Exchange session, hosted by Yun Sun, Yan Ge, and Chen Chen. A total of 11 distinguished experts from China and the UK delivered presentations covering a wide range of cutting-edge topics in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Professor Jiang Dan, Director of the UK Haram Institute of Chinese Medicine, conducted an in-depth discussion on “Utilizing Traditional Chinese Medicine as a Preferential Treatment for Certain Diseases in the UK.” She highlighted TCM’s effectiveness in treating COVID-19 and other viral infections, emotional and psychological disorders, endocrine imbalances including infertility, and chronic conditions such as eczema.
